Terms of service

You must be at least 16 years old to use LogPact. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Let us know right away if you suspect unauthorized access.

LogPact offers Free, Pro, and Team plans. Paid plans renew automatically until canceled; you can cancel any time and keep access through the end of the billing period you already paid for. Trials convert to a paid plan automatically unless canceled before the trial ends. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

You own the wins, notes, rubrics, and other content you log or upload ("Your Content"). You grant LogPact a limited license to store, process, and use Your Content solely to operate the service — including generating suggested wins, review packets, and gap analysis at your request. We do not sell Your Content, and we do not use it to train general-purpose models.

If you connect a third-party tool (GitHub, JIRA, Slack, Google Calendar, and others), you authorize LogPact to read the specific data described at the time of connection. LogPact does not post, comment, or take write actions in a connected tool on your behalf. You can disconnect a tool at any time, which revokes its access.

Suggested wins, review packets, résumé bullets, and gap analysis are generated with AI based on Your Content. They're a starting point, not a guarantee of accuracy — you're responsible for reviewing and editing anything before using it in an official review, application, or other real-world context.

Use LogPact honestly and don't:

• Log accomplishments you know to be false or misleading.
• Attempt to access another person's account or data without authorization.
• Interfere with or disrupt LogPact's infrastructure or security.
• Use LogPact to violate any applicable law.

You can delete your account at any time from Settings; export your data first if you want to keep it, since deletion is permanent. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where reasonably possible.

LogPact is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee that auto-capture will detect every eligible event, that generated content will be error-free, or that the service will be uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law, LogPact's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

These terms are governed by the laws of the state of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless a mandatory local law applies to you.

If we make material changes, we'll notify you by email or an in-product notice before they take effect. Continuing to use LogPact after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
